lies The Botanical Gardens of Nevis. Situated on seven acres, the beautifully landscaped gardens, with a stunning collection of flowers , trees, and assorted tropical plants. There are many gardens here, including an orchid garden, rose garden, cactus garden, and vine garden. Highlighting the gardens are fountains, ponds, and Mayan style sculptures.
You will be sure to want to set aside an afternoon to see this special place on Nevis! Oh and don't forget to check out the rain forest conservatory and well stocked gift shop
too. The Botanical Garden is open most day until 4:30 P.M., per usual call ahead. There is a nice restaurant there too. |
